Dr Thomas Armah is an accomplished Geophysicist with over 30 years’ experience in minerals exploration, hydrogeology, geophysical exploration in mining, foundation engineering and groundwater development.
Dr Thomas Armah has worked as senior lecturer at the Department of Earth Science – University of Ghana, conducting research in the areas of Seismology, geophysical exploration, and foundation engineering. He has several published papers in international and local journals to his credit.
Dr Thomas Armah has consulted for several multinational mining organisations in Ghana and abroad.
He possesses a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Ghana, a Master of Philosophy in Geophysics, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology University of Ghana Legon.
He is a member of the following Professional Associations:
- Ghana Institution of Geoscientists (GhIG);
- Ghana Science Association (GSA) and
- Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG).
